The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. the breakfast had many options to choose from, including Chinese and continental cuisine. the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to a metro station and had restaurants and shopping options nearby.

The language barrier was a bit difficult to overcome as some of the staff did not have strong English skills. the lighting in the bathroom was too dim, making it difficult to see when doing makeup.

Comfortable hotel with great breakfast, nice bar and great service. Very clean.

Our double room needed a new wallpaper and painting of the ceiling.

Good rooms. Nice swimming pool. In 10 minutes walking distance, one is at the subway with which one is again in 20 minutes in the city.

The hotel had a lovely interior and was conveniently located near Fudan University, making it ideal for my purpose. It was also very clean and had good facilities. I appreciated the breakfast spread and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

No complaints. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located option in this city.

Internet was very very very very slow! Therefore there are deductions for the equipment.

Rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast is outstanding. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, only a short walk away from public transportation and many shops and restaurants.

English proficiency among staff can be hit or miss and may cause some frustration. Additionally, some services may come with unexpectedly high price tags.

Staff had a fair understanding of English and were very helpful and obliging. Room service was outstanding, buffet breakfast was extensive and pool/spa/sauna spotless.

Having to wear a swim cap to gain access to pool, which you can purchase at service desk, gotcha.

Location, reasonably priced, large room, nice shower that doesn't leak on the floor, quiet.

The hotel is conveniently located near Fudan University, with easy access to downtown and shopping malls. the He Yuan restaurant provides excellent dining options. the spacious and bright rooms are well-appointed, and the breakfast is great. the staff is very helpful and sweet, making the guests feel specially welcomed. the hotel offers clean bathroom facilities and a variety of amenities for a comfortable stay.

The location is a bit far away from center (20 to 30 mn by taxi). I have been disappointed by the food (no much chinese food, and not so tasty western food).

This hotel offers luxurious amenities and exceptional service. We were delighted with the indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and spa centre. the garden area was lovely and provided a peaceful environment.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, but if we had to mention one minor issue, it would be the limited options at the snack bar. with world-class dining just a few steps away, it was not a significant problem.

Great location, spacious room, nice interior, reasonable minibar prices, good breakfast, near Fudan University.
